Terms of Payment
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the remaining amount due no later than 60 days prior arrival. Failure to adhere to the payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.
Rates are shown in USD$ and includes 12% VAT and 10% INGUAT. These are held to the company´s exchange rate to local currency.

Payment may be by:
• International Transfer ($50 is added to the bill to cover bank fees).
• Credit Card (a non-refundable credit card surcharge of 6% on all cards and transactions).

Cancellation Policy
Due to the extensive organization involved with touring, a strict cancellation fee will be applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue do to the hotel and transportation bookings. Once Booking is made the following fees will apply:
• Cancellations made 90 days or more prior to arrival are entitled to 80% refund. Except payments done to TAG Airlines and Casa Santo Domingo which have no refunds or changes.
• Cancellations 30 to 60 days prior to arrival are entitled to a partial refund depending on deposits made to our providers for bookings.
• Cancellation 29 days -10 days are entitled to refund of transportation and some tour fees.
• 0-9 days prior starting days are non-refundable, non- transferable and have no credit value.

All cancelations must be communicated in writing by email by the same person who made reservation.
